Environment and energy efficiency

  • We systematically minimize water and electricity consumption across all facilities.
  • Waste sorting and maximizing reusable material use
  • Prioritize environmentally friendly materials and reduce the use of disposable products.
  • Restore original furniture before acquiring new pieces to support a sustainable circular economy that respects the house's valuable history.
  • Responsibility extends throughout the entire supply chain, and we require responsible behavior from subcontractors.

Accessibility and attainability

  • Almost all our facilities are accessible, including multiple elevators, accessible entrances, disabled toilets, wheelchair ramps, and wheelchair lifts.

  • Although the KULT club is currently inaccessible due to the protection decision, we have recently committed significant investment to improve its accessibility.

Social responsibility and diversity

  • We provide a harassment- and discrimination-free venue, with contact persons trained alongside Pride to support all our events.
  • We adhere to safer space guidelines at all events and ensure every employee is familiar with them.
  • Our events showcase diversity by reflecting equality, multiple cultures, and varied perspectives.
  • At the 400-person KULT club, we also provide space for emerging artists.
